Strength & Sculpt - 

A balanced class that begins with a 15–20 minute warm-up on the bike to elevate your heart rate and prep your body for strength work. The second half of class focuses on low-impact, controlled strength and sculpting exercises using weights and bodyweight to build lean muscle and improve stability.
